Dear Ms. Gray,

The benefit of a perfect cup of coffee (i.e. me) is that eight hours later I’m still good whereas diner coffee has a flavor life of 5 minutes at best and then it must be masked with diner creamer. So what if you have to sacrifice your children’s dinner to afford me? Once they’re old enough to imbibe the PCOC, they will understand.
