Since Joe Váradi already noticed a resemblance, I will merely add that what constitutes psychopathy is not so much violence against others but the acceptance of psychopathic behavior in others as “okay.” A pattern of self-serving agendas countered by the refusal to intervene when members of society (or their Cabinet) systematically harm others physically, verbally or emotionally.
